Le Club Chasse et Pêche in Manhattan
Claude Pelletier will be the guest of the James beard Foundation this coming March 22nd in the Great International Chefs series. For this outing, he will be joined by pastry chef Masami Waki, cook Mélanie Blouin along with sommelier Philippe Boisvert and co-founding member Hubert Marsolais.
